8. Termination of Participation

  • We are not responsible for any loss of income, damages, or other consequences resulting from participation in the affiliate program.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total commission earned by the affiliate.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
