Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) apply to participants in the il-bordura Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms in addition to il-bordura’s general Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
1.2. Only individuals and businesses with active websites, blogs, or social media platforms are eligible to apply.
1.3. Approval to join the Program is at the sole discretion of il-bordura, and we reserve the right to deny any application without explanation.

2. Affiliate Obligations

2.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting il-Bordura’s products using provided assets and their unique tracking link.
2.2. Affiliates may not engage in prohibited activities, including:

• Spamming or using deceptive advertising methods.
• Using paid search ads that compete with il-bordura’s campaigns (e.g., bidding on branded keywords).
• Promoting products on websites with offensive or illegal content.

2.3. Affiliates must maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information in their affiliate account.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Affiliates earn a commission for every sale made using their unique tracking link.
3.2. The current commission rate is 10% unless otherwise stated.
3.3. il-bordura reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice to affiliates.

4. Payouts

4.1. Payments are made on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate meets the minimum payout threshold of €50.
4.2. Payments are processed via PayPal.
4.3. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. il-bordura is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect details.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Affiliates may use marketing materials (e.g., banners, logos, product images) provided by il-bordura solely for promoting il-bordura products.
5.2. Affiliates must not modify, sell, or distribute il-bordura’s materials without prior written consent.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
6.2. Upon termination, affiliates will lose access to their unique tracking link and will no longer earn commissions on sales.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. il-Bordura is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
7.2. The maximum liability of il-Bordura under these Affiliate Terms is limited to the total commissions earned by the affiliate in the preceding six months.

8. Modifications

8.1. il-Bordura reserves the right to update or amend these Affiliate Terms at any time.
8.2. Continued participation in the Program after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
